Elizaveta Butakova is an art historian and curator focusing on post-war neo-avant-gardes, with a particular interest in Russia. She has been a visiting lecturer at the Courtauld, UCL and the Ruskin School of Art and her exhibitions include Paper Museums: Moscow Conceptualism in Transit (John Hansard Gallery, Southampton, 2014) and Dmitri Prigov: Theatre of Revolutionary Action (Calvert 22, London, 2017).
